  • Dr. Mark Andreozzi

    Dr. Andreozzi is a board certified Otolaryngologist with nearly 30 years of experience. He is the recipient of Rhode Island Monthly’s Top Doctor award five separate times. Dr. Andreozzi has a special interest in the management of sinonasal disorders. He completed residency training at the McLaren Oakland Medical Center in Pontiac, Michigan. Dr. Andreozzi obtained his medical degree from the University of New England and his undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island.

  • Dr. Alejandro Vazquez

    Dr. Vazquez is a board certified Otolaryngologist and Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at Brown University.

    As the only fellowship-trained Rhinologist in Rhode Island, Dr. Vazquez specialized in complex disorders of the nose and sinuses. He is the author of more than 45 peer-reviewed scientific publications. Dr. Vazquez completed residency and fellowship training at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Brown university and his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.

  • Dr. Amit Patel

    Dr. Patel is a board certified Otolaryngologist and fellowship-trained Laryngologist specializing in all aspects of voice and swallowing disorders. He is the author of multiple peer-reviewed publications and book chapters. Dr. Patel received his medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He completed his residency training at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and fellowship training under Dr. Andrew Blitzer in New York City. Dr. Patel is an expert in neurolaryngology, minimally-invasive cancer surgery, swallowing disorders, and care of the professional voice.

  • Dr. Robert Risica

    Dr. Risica is a board certified Otolaryngologist bringing more than 30 years of clinical experience in general Otolaryngology, caring for patients of all ages from infants to adults.   

    He completed his Otolaryngology, Head and Neck surgery training at the University of Maryland Medical Systems in Baltimore, Maryland.   He received his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania.  His undergraduate degree in Biology was obtained from Middlebury College.  

    He has been practicing in Rhode Island since 1997 and has recently joined the ENT and Allergy, Inc team.

  • Dr. Barbara Guillette

    Dr. Barbara Guillette, one of our talented board certified Otolaryngologist for over 25 years, has retired and is no longer taking new patients. We will miss Dr. Guillette and appreciate all you’ve done for our ENT family!

  • Dr. Charles Faber

    Dr. Faber has retired after 43 years of practicing medicine and would like to thank his patients for allowing him to follow his passion.

  • Courtney O'Neil-Savage, Au.D.

    Doctor of Audiology

    Courtney O’Neil-Savage, Au.D. joined our practice in 2017. Courtney graduated with her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Rhode Island in 2011. She has specialized in pediatric audiology for 10 years, and has also worked in private practice and ENT offices.
