Our otolaryngologists are all Board certified with decades of experience in the profession. They work in concert with nurses and office staff who try to understand your health issues quickly and apply the right treatment to get you back to your optimal health.


Dr. Charles S. Faber
Dr. Charles S. Faber started practicing medicine in 1980 after completing medical school in 1975. Dr. Faber became board certified in Otolaryngology in 1981 and has since treated thousands of people with various hearing disorders.



Dr. Mark P. Andreozzi
Dr. Mark P. Andreozzi joined Dr. Faber in 1991 and became board certified in 1992. Dr. Andreozzi is a board certified otolaryngologist with more than 20 years of experience. In 2016, he was the recipient of a top doctor designation from Rhode Island Monthly's "Top Docs" issue. Dr. Andreozzi has a special interest in the management of sinonasal disorders.



Dr. Barbara J. Guillette
Dr. Barbara J. Guillette joined the staff in 1999 and has been board certified since 1990. Like Dr. Andreozzi and Dr. Faber, Dr. Guillette treats a full range of Ear, Nose, and Throat disorders. Barbara J. Guillette, MD received her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry magna cum laude from Brown University, earned her medical degree cum laude from Yale University School of Medicine, and completed her residency training in surgery and otolaryngology. She continues to practice with Brown University and Tufts University School of Medicine.



Dr. Alejandro Vázquez
Dr. Alejandro Vázquez joined the staff in 2016.  Dr. Vázquez completed residency and fellowship training at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Brown University and his medical degree from the Leonard M Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami.  As the only fellowship-trained rhinologist in Rhode Island, Dr. Vázquez specializes in the management of the most complex disorders of the nose and sinuses. He is the author of more than 40 peer-reviewed scientific publications, book chapters and surgical technique papers.

Susan Enzer, Au. D., CCC-A
Susan Enzer, Au.D., CCC-A, grew up in New York and moved to Rhode Island in 1986.  She received her undergraduate degree from Brandeis University.  She received her Master’s Degree from the University of Cincinnati and her Doctor of Audiology from the A.T. Still University of Health Sciences. Dr Enzer moved to Rhode Island to begin working as a clinical audiologist.  She joined our practice in 2000 and has 30 years of experience in helping people with hearing loss.  She is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association and a fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology.



Bethany Goddiess, Au.D.
Bethany Goddiess is the newest addition to our staff. She completed her undergraduate education at University of Massachusetts-Amherst and her doctorate degree in Audiology from University of Connecticut. She completed numerous internships at various hospitals and ENT practices throughout Rhode Island and Connecticut. Bethany grew up with a background in hearing health from her grandfather who dispensed eye-glass hearing aids. When Bethany is not in the office, you can find her sailing somewhere off the Connecticut or Rhode Island coast.





Kimballi Andreozzi-Startz, NBC-HIS
Kimballi joined our practice in 2015 as our Hearing Care Practitioner who is a qualified member of the International Hearing Society and has National Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences.  She has been a hearing aid dispenser for over 30 years holding multiple positions as trainer, dispenser and owner of her own practice.  She brings several years of experience and leadership to our practice.
